Refund Policy
UDAAN Society is grateful for your support of our mission to help underserved and neglected communities. Donations made through our website are used to directly fund our programs and services.
Donations are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that mistakes can happen. If you believe an unauthorized or fraudulent transaction has been made on your card/account resulting in a donation, please contact us immediately at mail@udaansociety.org.
We will investigate the situation and process a refund to the original payment method if we can verify that the donation was unauthorized.
